Away from the PC market since 2015, the South Korean giant returned this year with its Samsung Galaxy Book2 series of laptops consisting of four touch or non-touch families: the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 (touch), the Galaxy Book2 Pro, and the Galaxy Book2 360 (touch) and Galaxy Book2, here are all the details.
It has been almost 7 years since Samsung introduced laptops to the market, and this year, in 2022, the South Korean giant intends to prove its legitimacy in this sector thanks to the ecosystem that has become complete. In fact, the idea of the manufacturer is to offer a whole range of products that can communicate with each other in order to provide new solutions and more comfortable possibilities when working or enjoying several devices.
Thus, Samsung worked with Microsoft to provide users with not only Windows 11 on their new South Korean brand laptops but also a kind of software overlay that integrates all Samsung apps like Notes, Gallery, Book Experiences, Private Share, etc. The principle is to have the same interfaces and organize the synchronization between all the documents such as notes that were recorded on your Samsung Galaxy (PC, tablet or phone), photos, various and various documents, etc.
In addition, you can also count on the interaction functions between different devices. For example, one can use a Samsung tablet as a second screen for the main computer, type text from the PC so that it is typed on the tablet, pass copied items pasted between the two, etc. Sharing documents is also simplified via the Quick Share function, which automatically detects compatible devices nearby. A secure connection can also be established with the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Fold3, and Galaxy Z Flip3.
The Smart Things function interface, which centralizes connected objects in the home, is also available directly within Windows 11, on new PCs. With the Samsung Galaxy Buds and the auto switching function, it is possible to start listening to music on the computer and if the Samsung phone rings, the sound automatically switches to the ongoing conversation with the mobile phone.
