Celtics recover after Bruce Brown comments

Kevin Durant will likely still touch two words of Bruce Brown. As a reminder, after the Nets beat the Cavaliers in “Play” and qualified for the playoffs, the full-back had made comments about the Celtics’ racket weakness.

“They don’t have Robert Williams, so they are less in the racket. We can attack Al Horfords and Daniel Theis.”Bruce Brown slipped, which Kevin Durant didn’t appreciate.

No doubt the 2014 MVP knows that notes like this can serve as opponent fuel. And it hasn’t failed since the Celtics bounced back right away.

“The topic was discussed in the locker room and during the video session. The staff showed me the video.”says Daniel Teese. He said what he said. It might happen a little too quickly. Durant probably thought this wasn’t a good idea. We have to appear on the field. If he thinks so, it’s up to us to prove him wrong. »

While he didn’t ask for anything, the German will have some extra motivation when he starts this series against the Nets on Sunday night.

“It would have been different if he hadn’t said my name or Al Horford’s name,” attached. “We all know Robert Williams will not be there and it will be different because no one can do what Williams does, like protect the circuit. Collectively, we didn’t need extra motivation, but personally, it gives me something extra.”

Jaylen Brown did not want to make specific comments, and simply thought they were necessary “answer action”. What Daniel Theiss confirms. “We’ll see on the ground”, Announces.
